This agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Oslo Design Lab ("Company") and the purchaser of BUILD A BRAND™ ("Customer").

1. Product Description:

BUILD A BRAND™ is a digital product offered by Oslo Design Lab that provides a branding mini-course for entrepreneurs.

2. Payment Terms:

The customer agrees to pay the specified amount for BUILD A BRAND™ as outlined on the Company's website or sales page. Payment shall be made through Stripe or PayPal.

3. Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital products, BUILD A BRAND™ is non-refundable. Once these digital products are accessed or downloaded, they are considered final purchases and cannot be returned or refunded. This policy ensures the protection of intellectual property and prevents unauthorized use or duplication of digital content.

4. Intellectual Property:

Customer acknowledges that all content and materials provided as part of BUILD A BRAND™ are the intellectual property of Oslo Design Lab and are protected by copyright laws. Customer agrees not to distribute, reproduce, or sell any part of BUILD A BRAND™ without prior written consent from Company.

6. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed following the laws of Norway.

By purchasing BUILD A BRAND™, Customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
