Terms & Conditions

This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Oslo Design Lab ("Company") and the purchaser ("Customer") of The Easy Start System™ ("TESS"), the mini courses BUILD A BRAND™, CREATE A PRODUCT™, LAUNCH A COURSE™, SELL ON AUTO™, BUILD A WEBSITE™, and/or the full bundle THE DIGITAL JUMPSTART COLLECTION™.

1. Product Description:
TESS is a beginner-friendly 30-minute video training that shows you how to set up a simple digital product business using Instagram, Systeme.io, and ManyChat.

THE DJC is a digital product offered by Oslo Design Lab that provides digital marketing strategies for coaches, creatives, and female entrepreneurs.

2. Payment Terms:

The customer agrees to pay the specified amount for TESS and THE DJC as outlined on the Company's website or sales page. Payment shall be made through Stripe or Paypal.

3. Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital products TESS, THE DJC, and the individual mini-courses are non-refundable. Once these digital products are accessed or downloaded, they are considered final purchases and cannot be returned or refunded. This policy ensures the protection of intellectual property and prevents unauthorized use or duplication of digital content.

4. Intellectual Property:

Customer acknowledges that all content and materials provided as part of TESS and THE DJC are the intellectual property of Oslo Design Lab and are protected by copyright laws. Customer agrees not to distribute, reproduce, or sell any part of TESS or THE DJC without prior written consent from Company.

6. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed following the laws of Norway.

By purchasing TESS or THE DJC, Customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
